Can my family join me in the retreat?
To preserve the depth and immersive nature of the experience, the retreat is designed exclusively for participants. The quiet environment, reflective practices, and close cohort interactions are an essential part of the learning journey, and limiting the space to participants helps create the focus, trust, and connection that make the retreat meaningful.
What food will be served?
Healthy, farm-to-table vegetarian meals and refreshments. Please share dietary restrictions during registration.
